SG Application Developing LLC ("us", "we", "our") developed Maestro Pitch ("the app") with a commitment towards respecting and protecting your privacy. This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on either the Maestro Pitch website or Maestro Pitch app.
Data We Collect
No personal data that can be linked back to you or used to identify you is collected.
All of your app data including high scores are stored on your device, not on our servers. Such data may be stored in your own iCloud for device sharing or back-up purposes, but we do not have access to it.
Microphone access is necessary for complete app functionality, but no audio or microphone usage will ever be saved or stored.
The only data that may be collected is your purchases history, which will not be traced back to your identity. This data is necessary in order to process subscription payments and is only collected from you if you choose to purchase our subscription.
This collected data will be used with the app's functionality by giving you access to app features, and it will be used for aggregated analytics such as determining audience size.
We use Apple as the payment provider. The payment transactions are processed through the App Store, and we never have access to any payment information. You can find Apple's privacy statement here.
We use Revenue Cat to manage the app's in-app purchase functionality. Revenue Cat acts as a data processor and does not receive any of your payment information. You can find Revenue Cat's privacy policy here.
if you email us, your email address will be stored only with the intention of replying and maintaining track of questions, comments, or concerns. Your email address will never be given to a third party or used for any marketing purpose.
